How to back up your website using cPanel

Follow these steps to back up your website using Jet Backup:
Log in to your dotCanada.com cPanel account.
In the "Files" section, click on the "Jet Backup" icon.
On the Jet Backup page, you'll see several options:
o Full Backup: This option creates a complete backup of your website, including files, databases, and email accounts.
o Partial Backup: This option allows you to select specific items to include in the backup, such as files, databases, or email accounts.
o Download a Previously Created Backup: This option lets you download a backup that you've created previously.
For a full backup, click on the "Full Backup" button.
On the next page, you can choose additional options:
o Backup Destination: Select where you want to store the backup file (e.g., your home directory or a remote location).
o Email Notification: Enter your email address to receive a notification when the backup is complete.
o Backup Name: Provide a descriptive name for your backup file.
Click the "Generate Backup" button to start the backup process.
Depending on the size of your website, the backup process may take some time. You can monitor the progress in the "Backup Status" section.
Once the backup is complete, you'll receive an email notification (if you provided an email address), and the backup file will be available for download or stored in the specified location.
