How to create email aliases and forwarders

In cPanel, you can create email aliases and forwarders to manage your email accounts more efficiently. Here's how you can create them:

Creating Email Aliases:

Log in to your cPanel account.

In the "Email" section, click on "Email Accounts."

Click on the email account for which you want to create an alias.

Scroll down to the "Email Aliases" section and click on "Add Alias."

Enter the desired alias in the "Alias" field (e.g., info@yourdomain.com).

Click "Add Alias" to save the changes.

The email alias will now forward any incoming messages to the primary email account you selected.

Creating Email Forwarders:

Log in to your cPanel account.

In the "Email" section, click on "Forwarders."

Click on "Add Forwarder."

Enter the desired email address in the "Address to Forward" field (e.g., sales@yourdomain.com).

In the "Destination Email Address(es)" field, enter the email address(es) where you want to forward the messages. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas.

Click "Add Forwarder" to save the changes.

Any incoming messages sent to the forwarder address will be forwarded to the specified destination email address(es).
Email aliases are useful when you want to create additional email addresses that deliver messages to an existing email account. Email forwarders, on the other hand, are helpful when you want to forward messages to external email addresses or multiple email addresses simultaneously.
Both aliases and forwarders can help you manage your email communications more effectively and provide a professional appearance for your business or personal email needs.
