How to change your billing password
Here are the steps to change your billing password in WHMCS at dotCanada.com:
Log into your [dotCanada.com] (https://clients.dotcanada.com/) client area.
In the top menu, click on "My Details".
On the "My Details" page, scroll down to the "Password" section.
Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field.
Enter your new desired password in the "New Password" field. dotCanada.com requires passwords to:
Be at least 8 characters long
Contain at least one uppercase letter
Contain at least one number
Contain at least one special character
Re-enter your new password in the "Confirm New Password" field to confirm it.
Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom.
Your billing password at dotCanada.com is now updated. This password is used to log into your client area as well as for services like email, FTP, cPanel, etc.
For enhanced security, dotCanada.com recommends:
Using a unique, strong password not used elsewhere
Enabling two-factor authentication in your client area
Updating your password periodically
