Where do I get support for my dotCanada account

Once you have an account at dotCanada, you can login to your client area at

From there, you can open a support ticket by clicking on "Tickets" and then click on "Open ticket"
Once you have filled in your query, our team will get right to work, and you can expect a response in an hour or so.

Please remember that point of origin of your support ticket is how we identify you as the account holder, and how we identify your domains, hosting accounts and other services, so please submit your requests from the client area, or the email address that you signed up with.
